Our family-owned business has a long-standing tradition in the industry, having been established in 1970 by Andrew Proctor, who currently serves as our Managing Director.
We are general builders capable of handling a wide range of construction projects, supported by experienced staff committed to delivering work of the highest quality.
Our team consists of six full-time employees, each possessing expertise across multiple trades, including brick and block laying, rendering, groundwork, roofing, plastering, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, drainage, and damp proofing. We also have dedicated administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
We are committed to handling projects of all sizes and complexities, commercial or domestic, ensuring that no job is too big or small for our team.

Two of our employees hold heritage certificates allowing us to work on all listed, historically significant and ancient structures.
Refurbishment
Whether it is energy-efficient renovation or historic preservation of buildings, repoint walls or repairing a roof or a chimney you can rest assured that we work with care and expertise. We install kitchens, bathrooms, LVT flooring as well as all structural works.
We also insulate walls, floors and roof spaces. Insulation is key to keeping your home warm, dry and efficient to heat, this saving will be noticeable on your bills as well as helping the environment and making your home more pleasant to live in.
